Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor equipment in the assigned area to sustain and improve tool performance.
  • •Schedule and perform preventive maintenance on assigned tool sets.
  • •Diagnose and repair non-functioning electro-mechanical manufacturing equipment, including electrical or mechanical fixing.
  • •Dismantle, adjust, repair, and assemble equipment using layout plans, blueprints, and operating/repair manuals.
  • •Use test and diagnostic equipment for checkouts and rebuild manufacturing equipment as required, including possible equipment modifications directed by engineers.

Key Requirements

  • •Associates or above degree in Electronics/Electrical/Equipment Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • •Knowledge of AC/DC circuits, fundamentals of electricity, and basic electronic components and circuits.
  • •Strong mechanical aptitude to understand and fix mechanical systems, including vacuum system knowledge and troubleshooting.
  • •Ability to use schematic diagrams for troubleshooting down to the component level.
  • •Intermediate PC skills (MS Office Suite familiarity) and strong problem-solving, organization, and prioritization skills for shift work.
