•Lead a team to design, code, and implement scalable, enterprise-quality application services for Cloudera Operational Database.

•Work closely with Product Managers to define capabilities built from customer use cases.
•Fill gaps in team process/practices and help define the career growth of reportees.
•Plan and deliver the innovation roadmap to improve product supportability, enterprise readiness, and feature richness.

•BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science.
•9+ years of experience with 2+ years of management experience.

•Strong communication skills in English and interpersonal skills for a distributed team environment.
