Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and manage engineers across frontend, backend, and full-stack development.
  • •Own engineering delivery for major product areas, ensuring fast shipping with reliability and quality.
  • •Drive technical architecture and engineering decisions across APIs, databases, integrations, infrastructure, and customer-facing systems.
  • •Set engineering standards for code quality, system design, testing, observability, security, and production reliability.
  • •Monitor production outcomes, resolve incidents, identify root causes, and improve engineering processes, tooling, and automation.

Key Requirements

  • •Lead or manage software engineers and own engineering delivery for production systems.
  • •Strong technical depth across backend, frontend, APIs, databases, distributed systems, and/or cloud infrastructure.
  • •Ability to make sound architecture and technical trade-offs balancing speed, scalability, and maintainability.
