Key Responsibilities

  • •Support clients to develop and understand their sustainability and decarbonisation requirements.
  • •Develop, deliver, and review whole life carbon reduction strategies for scoping mechanisms including Greater London Authority, LETI & RIBA, and RICS.
  • •Liaise with clients and designers to develop sustainability and decarbonisation strategies from early design through to construction.
  • •Deliver assessment and certification schemes (including BREEAM and DREAM) and sustainability appraisals (including SAW and SEEAM).
  • •Support project management and programming, contribute to bidding/tender responses, and mentor junior staff where suitable.

Key Requirements

  • •Good knowledge of the building design and construction process.
  • •Experience undertaking WLCAs using OneClick LCA, and assessment certification schemes especially BREEAM and DREAM (LEED and/or WELL experience advantageous).
  • •Strong numerical and analytical skills to interpret data and apply it to practical sustainability solutions.
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication skills to clearly present technical information.
  • •Demonstrated experience of sustainable buildings, low-carbon design, and environmental performance, with knowledge of relevant policies and best-practice guidance.
