Key Responsibilities

  • •Continuously lead and communicate On’s values and brand philosophy in team and customer interactions
  • •Handle cash transactions and follow standardized operating procedures, including opening/closing tills and POS systems
  • •Open and close store procedures and ensure loss and prevention standards are followed
  • •Maintain technical product knowledge and coach the team to deliver excellent product knowledge
  • •Maintain visual merchandising, stockroom strategy, inventory management, and optimize sell-through strategy

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of experience in a consumer-facing or retail environment, preferably in a supervisory role
  • •Background in the Running, Fashion, or Sports industry (preferred)
  • •Strong communication, hospitality, and interpersonal skills
  • •Ability to take initiative, learn quickly, and work independently and as part of a team
  • •Experience with Microsoft Dynamics and/or other ERP systems (preferred)
