Key Responsibilities

  • •Implement and configure ServiceNow SPM modules for strategic planning, innovation and demand management, portfolio and project/program management, resource management, financial planning, and enterprise agile planning.
  • •Configure scoring, prioritization, demand-to-project conversion, templates, status reporting, resource allocation, capacity planning, and planning-item workflows.
  • •Develop and maintain strategic planning and portfolio workspaces, including dashboards, reports, and role-based user experiences.
  • •Integrate ServiceNow SPM with Jira, Azure DevOps, ERP, financial systems, HR platforms, and other enterprise applications using Integration Hub and REST/SOAP APIs.
  • •Build approved AI-enabled flows/agentic workflows with human review, create prompt templates and guardrails, run testing (including security/hallucination/injection), and support evaluation and responsible-AI compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience, specifically implementing or enhancing SPM.
  • •Proficiency in JavaScript and core ServiceNow technologies such as Glide APIs, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, Script Includes, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, ACLs, and scoped applications.
  • •Hands-on experience with SPM data models, workspaces, reports/dashboards, import sets, transform maps, and REST/SOAP integrations.
  • •Exposure to generative AI capabilities, including prompt engineering, AI skills/agents, output evaluation, and human-in-the-loop workflow design.
  • •Experience participating in requirement workshops and technical design reviews, with ability to provide technical guidance and communicate risks and constraints.
