Key Responsibilities

  • •Counsel employees and managers on HR policies, processes, and HR systems; respond to inquiries through email, phone, and case management.
  • •Use knowledge base, call tracking systems, and third-party resources to educate customers on HR services and drive self-service adoption.
  • •Resolve more complex or non-routine HR matters within corporate guidelines; escalate critical matters to subject matter experts.

Key Requirements
