Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyze high-volume device telemetry and behavioral data to understand how customers use smart home products.

  • •Translate real-world issues and negative customer experiences into defined product gaps and optimization opportunities for Product Managers.
  • •Provide data and usage baselines to inform 1-to-2 year product roadmaps and feature prioritization.

Key Requirements
