Synthesize multiple data streams into dashboards and operational KPIs, and develop internal AI/search tools so teams can quickly query product and business data to improve features, hardware, and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

•Analyze high-volume device telemetry and behavioral data to understand how customers use smart home products.
•Partner with Customer Operations and Technical Support to audit troubleshooting calls, hardware failure rates, and customer friction points.
•Translate real-world issues and negative customer experiences into defined product gaps and optimization opportunities for Product Managers.
•Provide data and usage baselines to inform 1-to-2 year product roadmaps and feature prioritization.
•Develop internal generative AI/search/analytical tools and automated reporting/dashboards to help teams understand complex product and business data.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 155,000 - 190,000 annually

Key Requirements

•4–6+ years of experience in product analytics, business intelligence, operations framework management, or a data-focused product management role.
•Strong data manipulation and statistical analysis with baseline skills in SQL, Tableau or PowerBI, and Excel.
•Ability to diagnose root causes by analyzing customer support logs and identifying underlying firmware, hardware, or software issues.
•Proven capability to build cross-functional relationships and align priorities without direct authority.
•B.S. or M.S. in Data Analytics, Business Statistics, Finance, Information Systems, or a related quantitative discipline.
