Claims Manager - Field Property (Dallas, TX - WFH)

Lead a property claims unit for a geographic area, reviewing, adjusting, and paying property damage claims while driving customer satisfaction and claims performance. Manage unit performance objectives and expense control, complete quality assurance file reviews, and coordinate with teams across quality assurance, fraud, subrogation, claims legal, service center/call center, and corporate support. Recruit and develop associates, including performance management, training, workflow planning, and workforce planning with HR.
