Key Responsibilities

  • •Build trust-based customer relationships using technical expertise to design and implement data centre and networking solutions.
  • •Design and implement Cisco data centre technologies for large and complex customer network environments.
  • •Solve real-world business problems using innovative technology to deliver scalable, robust services.
  • •Integrate AI and automation methods into delivery practices, including automating deployment and supporting infrastructure-as-code platforms.
  • •Analyze and monitor network performance and resolve complex issues across a broad range of data centre technologies.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (or equivalent) with 7+ years of relevant customer-facing technical consulting, pre-sales, and/or service delivery experience.
  • •Deep knowledge of L2/L3 networking protocols and technologies, including vPC, STP, HSRP, OSPF, EIGRP, and BGP, with hands-on Nexus 2K/5K/7K/9K experience.
  • •Experience designing and deploying data centre solutions such as traditional DC standalone Nexus, Cisco VXLAN Fabric, and Cisco ACI Fabric (ACI MultiPod/Multisite/Remote Leaf Fabric).
  • •Experience integrating network services appliances (firewalls, IPS, load balancers, WAN optimizers) into data centre solution designs.
  • •Professional-level vendor certification (e.g., CCNP, Cisco DevNet) or equivalent (e.g., VCP) expected.
