Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and execute a 3–5-year technology strategy and multi-year roadmap aligned with enterprise goals, innovation priorities, risk appetite, and total cost of ownership.
  • •Own IT governance framework, including technology policies/standards/controls and regulatory alignment; partner with the Chief Information Security Officer.
  • •Lead core banking system strategy and optimization, oversee digital banking platforms, and ensure 24/7 reliability, availability, performance, and scalability.
  • •Establish enterprise architecture standards, manage application portfolio rationalization, and maintain disciplined change, release, and patch management practices.
  • •Own IT budget and multi-year capital planning, optimize run vs change spend, manage strategic vendor relationships, and build a high-performing IT organization.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • •Minimum of 15 years of progressive technology leadership experience, including senior leadership responsibility.
  • •Significant experience in banking or regulated financial services (community, regional, or mid-size bank preferred).
