Job Summary

Build and optimize the search system architecture to deliver stable, high-availability search experiences. Own design and development of online services and offline data flows, diagnose performance bottlenecks, and improve scalability, concurrency, and throughput while reducing costs. Collaborate on core search capabilities and partner-facing outputs, and support large-scale ML optimization, R&D of core components, and integration of computer and hardware systems.

Key Responsibilities

•Design and develop search system architecture to ensure stability and high availability for search users.
•Optimize online services and offline data flow performance, solving performance bottlenecks and reducing costs.
•Advance architecture abstraction and process optimization for search scenarios, supporting large-scale machine learning optimization.
•Research, design, and develop core components and new technologies for the search system.
•Work with hardware engineers to integrate hardware and software systems and define specifications and performance requirements.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science or related fields, with at least 1 year of experience building scalable systems.
•Experience programming in C, C++, Java, or Golang (C++ is a plus).
•Strong programming ability with excellent design and code style; motivated by technical challenges.
•Effective communication skills and a sense of ownership and drive.
•Experience in at least one of search engine, personalized recommendations, machine learning, distributed storage systems, or big data frameworks is preferred.
