Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and coordinate operational strategies for equipment redistribution/divestiture (ERDS), including reviewing/analyzing operational reports and planning data.
  • •Develop and implement site policies, procedures, and operating goals; allocate resources based on business priorities.
  • •Lead and supervise logistics teams (technicians, warehouse staff, forklift operators, and quality control) with training, scheduling, performance monitoring, and safety enforcement.
  • •Manage equipment turn-in operations per contract requirements, Army regulations, and supply/logistics directives, including segregation, classification, and handling of serviceable/unserviceable or hazardous materials.
  • •Prepare daily/weekly reports on turn-in volumes, timelines, and discrepancies; maintain required documentation and records and improve throughput using lean logistics/5S while tracking KPIs.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business, or related field preferred (or equivalent military/civilian experience).
  • •5+ years in logistics or supply chain management, including 2+ years in a supervisory/management role.
  • •Prior experience with military supply systems and equipment turn-in operations.
  • •Knowledge of GCSS-Army, FEDLOG, DLA Disposition Services procedures, and Army equipment classifications (LIN/NICN/NSN).
  • •Strong understanding of DA PAM 710-2-1, AR 735-5, AR 710-2, and applicable FAR/DFARS clauses; must be able to obtain/maintain CAC and Tier1/NACI eligibility and retain a Real ID.
