Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide nursing care in an effective and safe manner to a defined group of patients and families under a preceptor or designated RN.
  • •Adhere to therapeutic standards and measure health outcomes against patient care goals; make or recommend adjustments as needed.
  • •Perform basic assessment to distinguish normal vs abnormal characteristics and deliver safe patient care using the nursing process.
  • •Provide direct and indirect care, including medication administration, skin tests, immunizations, phlebotomy, and initiation of peripheral venous access.
  • •Document care accurately in the electronic medical record and communicate with healthcare teams to support patient safety, comfort, and hygiene.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Nursing
  • •Minimum 3 years nursing experience (required)
