Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and supply chains, to deliver compliant projects.
  • •Analyze, track, and manage critical milestone activities to avoid schedule slips while forecasting and updating milestones and budget.
  • •Verify effective project governance, processes, and systems are utilized, and ensure application of best practices across projects.
  • •Monitor progress of multiple construction projects and ensure approved design standards are applied correctly.
  • •Provide technical support to owners, architects, general contractors, and regional stakeholders, including rapid RFI responses and cost control, value engineering, and constructability guidance.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 110,000 - 130,000 annually
