Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate and set up fabrication equipment to produce components per engineering drawings and specifications.
  • •Optimize equipment settings and tooling to ensure product quality.
  • •Serve as the primary focal point for the fabrication cell, supporting operational excellence and troubleshooting.
  • •Coordinate resources to execute the tactical day plan and meet throughput targets, removing bottlenecks and maintaining flow.
  • •Mentor operators, deputise for the supervisor when needed, collaborate across teams, drive continuous improvement, and monitor/report KPIs.
