Job Summary

Own UK & Ireland business operations for the TrendAI business unit by translating commercial objectives into scalable processes that drive ARR growth, improve net revenue retention, and reduce churn. Build ARR/NRR and pipeline-health dashboards, lead revenue and ARR planning and forecasting, and ensure CRM data hygiene. Partner across sales, customer success, renewals, deal desk, and sales support to manage renewals risk, commission treatment, and effective adoption of internal process changes.

Key Responsibilities

•Act as a trusted business partner to sales and management teams, translating commercial objectives into operational priorities across the UK & Ireland region.
•Design and own scalable processes to accelerate ARR growth, maximize net revenue retention (NRR), and reduce churn using data-driven insights (customer health scoring, renewal risk analysis, pipeline quality).
•Build and maintain ARR/NRR and pipeline-health dashboards for sellers and Go-to-Market teams, and provide revenue and ARR planning and forecasting inputs for business decisions.
•Review seller opportunities for correct treatment aligned to sales compensation plans and manage commission payments to GTM roles; liaise with Deal Desk & Sales Support on complex opportunities.
•Work with Sellers, Customer Success, and Renewals to maintain CRM data hygiene and proactively identify at-risk accounts to support churn prevention and expansion revenue strategies.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•3-5 years of relevant business operations experience, ideally in SaaS/subscription enterprise with recurring sales motions, renewal cycles, and customer lifecycle management experience in an enterprise security context.
•Experience with MS Dynamics 365 (D365), Salesforce, or equivalent enterprise CRM, including designing and building reports and dashboards.
•Advanced Excel skills and strong BI tooling (PowerBI, Tableau or equivalent) with familiarity in revenue forecasting and CRM reporting.
•Proficiency using AI productivity and analytics tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Claude, or ChatGP for day-to-day operational insight.
•Fluency in English, strong verbal and written communication skills, and a data integrity mindset with attention to detail.
