Financial Crimes Team Lead I

Lead a team of Analysts, Senior Analysts, and/or Support Specialists responsible for day-to-day operations of an Enterprise Fraud Management (EFM) team. Drive compliant service levels by managing workflow distribution and team communications, monitor call recordings for caller authentication, mentor new hires, and handle escalated complex fraud and compliance cases. Provide daily/monthly reporting and apply deep regulatory knowledge to ensure information and decisions meet banking, fraud, and risk requirements.
