Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyze SAP data for distribution operations: process shipments, validate inventory movements, and recommend optimal processing methods.
  • •Receive, unpack, and verify shipments against purchase orders and documentation; inspect materials for proper nomenclature, identification, and quantity.
  • •Operate material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks and forklifts) and maintain shipping, receiving, inventory, and transactional records.
  • •Coordinate distribution/shipping with Material Handling, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain to support daily delivery schedules and on-time fulfillment.
  • •Create export documentation per U.S. regulations and maintain operational plans supporting customer shipments and production needs.

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma or GED with 0–2 years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent education and experience.
  • •1+ year of experience using SAP or another ERP system, with knowledge of cycle count functions.
  • •Ability to read, analyze, and interpret warehouse distribution center workflows and communicate/report effectively.
  • •Ability to solve practical problems with limited standardization and work independently on routine assignments.
  • •Ability to safely handle materials, including light, moderate, and occasionally heavy materials, per physical demands (lift minimum of 50 pounds).
