Key Responsibilities

•Install, service, and troubleshoot security cameras, smart locks, and home automation systems.
•Conduct on-site evaluations and recommend equipment upgrades or service enhancements.
•Train homeowners on how to use their new systems to protect their families.
•Deliver consultative sales as part of the technician role.
•Perform a safety analysis of every home to ensure a safe workplace for technician and customers.

•Ability to pass a post-offer background investigation and meet licensing requirements per applicable law.
•Valid driver’s license and a good driving record.

•Sales mindset and customer-first attitude; experience in retail/B2C sales, insurance, or service-based sales is a plus.
