Job Summary

Shape how business intent is defined and structured for BMP product localisation and rollout, acting as the bridge between business stakeholders, domain experts, architects, and delivery teams. Elicit and translate requirements into clear functional specifications, business rules, constraints, and outcome-based acceptance criteria, resolve requirement ambiguities early, and prioritise scope by value, risk, and feasibility. Validate delivery outputs and enable AI-assisted engineering through well-structured intent.

Key Responsibilities

•Elicit and structure business requirements with domain experts and senior stakeholders.
•Translate business needs into functional requirements, business rules, constraints, and outcome-based acceptance criteria.
•Own and prioritise scope based on business value, risk, and delivery feasibility.
•Resolve ambiguities, conflicts, and gaps in requirements early and ensure alignment across stakeholders.
•Enable AI-accelerated delivery by providing well-structured intent suitable for AI-assisted development and validate outputs from a business/intent perspective.

Key Requirements

•Strong background in business analysis in complex enterprise environments.
•Experience in insurance domains, preferably Retail and/or Claims.
•Proven ability to manage senior stakeholders and facilitate alignment across organisations.
•Solid understanding of enterprise IT landscapes and solution design.
•Hands-on experience working with AZ Forge and AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude Code).
