Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage a book of CLO and Leverage Finance Facility clients, ensuring excellent service delivery and client reporting.
  • •Create report specifications from indenture language, set up payment calculations in in-house systems, and reconcile periodic collateral data.
  • •Compile monthly, quarterly, and annual payment and tax reports and coordinate with operations teams to ensure correct payments are received and made.
  • •Perform quality control reviews for timeliness and accuracy, and conduct portfolio compliance tests (trade testing) on structured fixed income deals.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of related experience or a similar field.
  • •High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
  • •Intermediate to advanced knowledge of general banking operations, including deposit operations, loan administration, treasury management, and/or other commercial banking products.
  • •Intermediate to advanced knowledge of regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, and industry standards and practices.
  • •Intermediate to advanced TranStar experience preferred; strong speaking and writing communication skills.
