Job Summary

Own end-to-end product strategy and execution for Global Payment’s livestreaming monetization solutions. Partner with TikTok LIVE regional, operations, compliance, and business teams to understand user needs and creator monetization models. Define and launch scalable, compliant payment products for gifting, wallet/top-up, settlement, refunds, and money-movement flows. Collaborate cross-functionally across engineering, risk control, finance, data, and regional operations to improve payment success, conversion, monetization efficiency, and user trust.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as end-to-end owner for livestreaming payment solutions, including strategy, product definition, launch, and iteration across monetization scenarios.
•Partner with TikTok LIVE regional teams, operations, compliance, and business stakeholders to understand user needs, creator monetization models, and market opportunities.
•Design scalable and compliant payment products for live business flows including gifting, wallet/top-up, settlement, refunds, and related money-movement scenarios.
•Collaborate with engineering, risk control, finance, data, and regional operations teams to deliver solutions meeting business goals and local market requirements.
•Continuously improve payment experience and operational efficiency by optimizing metrics like payment success rate, conversion, monetization efficiency, and user trust.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Technology, Business, or a relevant field.
•Experience in product management, payment solutions, fintech, or livestreaming/digital platform businesses (global or regional roles preferred).
•Proven end-to-end product management experience across discovery, roadmap planning, requirements definition, execution, launch, and iteration.
•Strong understanding of payment systems, compliance, risk control, and user experience design in consumer-facing products.
•Ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders and drive alignment in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
