Job Summary

Support the Head of Credit & Capital Management (CCM) Product & Design in developing and delivering the overall lending product strategy. Design and continuously manage CCM lending products and processes, anticipating market changes across pricing, risk, regulatory and customer insight. Lead target-state process architecture and operating model, drive global CCM product governance, and build performance metrics such as portfolio analytics and pricing tools while supporting cross-functional delivery teams.

•Drive global strategy, development, management, oversight, and governance of CCM products.
•Support implementation of the target operating model and development of business tracking/performance metrics (e.g., portfolio analytics, pricing tools).
