Key Responsibilities

  • •Technically lead and/or execute engineering projects, including development of key suppliers.
  • •Identify and troubleshoot complex electrical/electronics problems with limited to no supervision.
  • •Specify and/or perform development of engineering assemblies, layouts/schematics, and detailed drawings/specifications.
  • •Interface with internal and external customers regarding complex electrical issues for specific projects.
  • •Define, coordinate, perform, and generate engineering test reports and technical documentation for product releases.

Key Requirements

  • •In-depth skills in analog and digital circuit design (e.g., ADC, DAC, op-amps, transistors, MOSFETs, sensors, signal conditioning), including microcontroller/microprocessor and memory, with communication interfaces such as I2C, SPI, RS485, and Ethernet.
  • •Experience designing with industrial IO modules and industrial controllers (PLC) including PID controllers and industrial bus protocols such as EtherCAT and DeviceNet.
  • •Ability to develop detailed schematics and perform schematic capture using CAD tools, plus circuit modeling and simulation.
  • •Hands-on experience with testing tools (DSO, DMM, FG, electronic loads), circuit validation, board bring-up, functional testing, and failure analysis.
  • •Experience across the lifecycle from requirements to final product release (circuit design, prototyping, testing) and maintenance, including technical document writing.
