•Perform additional services as needed (porter service, bulk item hauling, pressure washing, and light cleanliness tasks).

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or equivalent.
•Valid driver’s license and auto insurance in your name or as an authorized driver.
•Own an open bed pickup truck (required at most properties).
•Lift up to 25 lbs and climb stairs in apartment buildings.
•Customer service experience is a plus.
