•Lead and develop a cross-functional engineering team, fostering an inclusive, high-performing environment and supporting ownership and growth.
•Co-own the team roadmap with product and data partners, balancing commercial priorities with engineering quality and long-term sustainability.
•Champion a high quality bar across the end product and the codebase to drive thoughtful engineering and continuous improvement.
•Drive a data-driven approach to delivery by embedding A/B testing, experimentation, and insight-led decision making.
•Manage a mixed team of permanent employees and contractors; remove blockers, manage dependencies, and represent the team to senior stakeholders.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: GBP 100,000 - 110,000 annually
