Job Summary

Manage the branch and oversee reporting regional branches to grow new business, deepen customer relationships, and ensure high-quality service delivery aligned with Islamic Sharia requirements. Own business acquisition via sales planning and coaching, lead customer retention and complaint resolution, and ensure operations follow ADIB credit and operational policies for strong internal/external audit performance. Mentor branch staff, manage profitability, and temporarily cover the HOP role during leave.

Key Responsibilities

•Generate new business through marketing calls and in-branch customer engagement, following the “open door policy.”
•Set and monitor sales plans for sales teams, and coach staff to improve productivity and cross-selling.
•Monitor service standards and lead customer retention activities including complaint resolution, account closures, and inquiries.
•Oversee operations work processes to ensure compliance with ADIB credit and operational policies and procedures; support audit outcomes and implement improvements.
•Mentor and manage branch staff, identify training needs, appraise scorecard deliverables, and manage profitability and governance across allocated branches.

Key Requirements

•Detailed knowledge of the bank’s retail banking products and services.
•Broad knowledge of retail credit and operational policies and procedures.
•Specific knowledge of UAE banking practices, regulations, and risks.
•Thorough knowledge of regulations issued by the Central Bank of UAE.
•Training, presentation, and sales/marketing skills to develop staff and drive performance.
