•Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements including partnerships, technology, professional services, marketing/advertising, and vendor agreements.
•Partner with cross-functional teams to support commercial transactions and strategic initiatives with clear legal guidance.
•Manage and improve contract lifecycle processes, including streamlining workflows using CLM tools (Ironclad) and AI-enabled solutions.
•Develop and maintain templates, playbooks, policies, and scalable legal processes.
•Provide legal counsel to product and technology teams on new features and product launches, including advising on data privacy and security matters.

Salary: USD 180,392 - 254,804 annually

Key Requirements

•J.D. from an accredited law school and active California bar membership (or qualified for Registered In-house Counsel status).
•6+ years of relevant legal experience, with both law firm and in-house experience.
•Ability to independently draft and negotiate complex commercial agreements with minimal oversight.
•Familiarity with contract lifecycle management systems (e.g., Ironclad) and interest in process improvement.
•Working knowledge of data privacy and security concepts.
