Key Responsibilities

  • •Take ownership of property licensing activity across the portfolio, identifying properties requiring mandatory licensing and ensuring applications progress effectively.
  • •Submit licence applications to local authorities and maintain accurate records and updates within internal systems.
  • •Build positive working relationships with local authorities, landlords, and internal stakeholders to support compliance and consistent communication.
  • •Monitor licence renewal dates, enforcement notices, and compliance requirements, ensuring actions are completed within agreed timescales.
  • •Produce accurate data, reports, and management information, and manage licence-related purchases and documentation reconciliations to keep records up to date.

Key Requirements

  • •Coordinate multiple tasks and priorities while maintaining excellent attention to detail.
  • •Experience coordinating property licensing or knowledge of housing/property management or supported accommodation (beneficial).
  • •Strong communication and relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders.
  • •Confident using Microsoft Excel and other information technology systems for data and reporting.
  • •Ability to work independently, use sound judgement, and resolve issues professionally and on time.
