Key Responsibilities

  • •Recruit and enroll qualified undergraduate and graduate students through outreach (calls, emails, chat, video chat, and SMS).
  • •Advise students on career and program interests, supporting prospective students through enrollment for their chosen program.
  • •Manage onboarding and provide financial guidance from enrollment through graduation.
  • •Provide personalized student support, including course guidance, registration support, and orientation to admissions and catalog requirements.
  • •Service a student cohort, collaborate for program alignment and compliance (including FERPA), and use technology platforms to manage engagement and optimize outcomes.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree focused in Business, Education, Psychology, or Communications.
  • •3+ years of relevant experience counseling/advising with strong customer service and/or sales concierge support, managing a large customer base.
  • •Strong proficiency using technology for student management and engagement, including familiarity with student information systems and CRM tools.
  • •Proficiency with Outlook and Microsoft Office and/or Google Apps for Work.
  • •Strong communication skills and understanding of FERPA guidance and State and Federal compliance requirements, including conflict de-escalation.
