•Own day-to-day operations for a DashMart warehouse, ensuring processes run smoothly, efficiently, and safely.
•Deliver the best customer experience by maintaining quality metrics such as order accuracy and fulfillment speed.
•Work cross-functionally with central teams (e.g., inventory and training) to provide tools and resources to the team.
•Use data to find pain points and lead process improvement projects to enhance operations, quality metrics, and employee experience.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 64,800 - 95,300 annually

•Analytical and data-first; experience using Excel or Google Sheets (basic formulas and pivot tables).
•College degree or relevant professional work experience, plus flexibility for late nights and weekends.
