Build client relationships through styling, product expertise, and fashion advice, while driving sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations. Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling (including short-form video) to capture data and encourage repeat purchases. Maintain store operations, inventory processing, visual merchandising, and service standards while supporting day-to-day team collaboration.
