Team Leader

Lead an area of the production process during your shift, overseeing operatives to ensure shift KPIs and customer expectations are met on time. Coach and schedule your team, handle day-to-day colleague queries, and coordinate with HR and Training as needed. Maintain accurate production and food-safety records, analyze data for trends and improvement opportunities, and ensure Health & Safety and Food Safety standards are consistently met.
