Job Summary

Own product strategy and execution for the Web3 Wallet, from early requirements analysis through PRDs, prototypes, and documentation. Translate business objectives and user needs into structured solutions, partnering closely with engineering, design, operations, and data teams on reviews, development planning, launch acceptance, and post-release retrospectives. Assess technical feasibility, costs, and trade-offs, and continuously monitor outcomes to drive long-term product value.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead requirements analysis, product planning, and solution design for core initiatives, driving products from 0 to 1 and through continuous iteration.
•Understand business objectives, user needs, and technical constraints; break down complex problems and deliver structured solutions.
•Independently produce PRDs, flowcharts, prototypes, and product documentation to ensure clear understanding by engineering and business teams.
•Partner with engineering, design, operations, and data teams to run requirements reviews, coordinate development schedules, support launch acceptance, and conduct post-release retrospectives.
•Evaluate feasibility, implementation costs, and trade-offs; engage in substantive technical discussions with engineers and monitor product performance and outcomes.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or above, with preferred experience at a top-tier or leading internet company.
•Strong logical thinking to deconstruct complex business problems into clear definitions, analytical frameworks, and solutions.
•Strong learning agility to build systematic understanding quickly in new domains, systems, or tech stacks.
•Solid technical comprehension to assess feasibility, boundaries, risks, and trade-offs and communicate effectively with engineering.
