Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional programs spanning teams, departments, vendors, and stakeholders.

  • •Establish structured delivery governance, including planning cycles, milestone reviews, risk escalation, and executive reporting.
  • •Translate between technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating complexity into clear plans, priorities, and communication.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum of 5+ years in technical program or delivery management.
  • •Proven track record leading and delivering complex, cross-functional programs across multiple workstreams and stakeholder groups (ideally digital, web, or platform migration).
