Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and manage the cost management team to deliver all accountabilities.
  • •Interface with clients, stakeholders, and consultants across project stages to maintain strong relationships and communications.
  • •Perform quantity surveying, cost controls, and change management throughout the project lifecycle.
  • •Develop and maintain cost estimates, budgets, and forecasting; manage financial risks and ensure budget adherence.
  • •Implement best practices, improve cost management procedures/templates/products, and mentor/coaching team members; support proposals/RFPs and reporting to senior leadership.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 155,000 - 175,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 8 years of relevant cost management experience in the construction industry.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering, or a field related to construction (graduate degree preferred).
  • •SME in Quantity Surveying with RICS certification or equivalent accreditation.
  • •Demonstrated strong communication, presentation, organizational, and written/verbal skills.
  • •Construction consultancy experience is strongly preferred.
