Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist with implementation of global PSL/Region/Support Function HSE strategies, policies, procedures, and processes under general supervision of Operations leadership.
  • •Assist with implementation and oversight of an integrated management system aligned to company and industry standard requirements.
  • •Serve as a technical or procedural advisor to functional and operational counterparts.
  • •Provide leadership and coaching to functional personnel to facilitate continuous HSE performance improvement.
  • •Participate in plan development and implementation, hazard identification and risk management, incident investigation and causal analysis, and performance assessments; maintain and update site-specific compliance programs and conduct audits.

Key Requirements

  • •Undergraduate study in an HSE-related field, Science, or Engineering, plus 5 years of relevant experience.

  • •Help implement and oversee an integrated management system aligned with company needs and industry standards.
  • •Develop procedures and implement processes to ensure compliance with applicable standards, requirements, and identified best practices.
