Oncology Manager

Oversee day-to-day oncology services to deliver high-quality, patient-centered cancer care. Manage clinical standards, regulatory compliance, patient safety monitoring, and continuous quality improvement. Drive oncology growth through service expansion, new revenue streams, and referral/partnership development. Lead oncology staff, manage departmental budget and P&L, and use KPIs and data to improve patient experience, outcomes, and overall performance.
