Pharmacist

Perform as a Pharmacist with full professional authority across pharmacy operations. Review and interpret prescriptions in ward and outpatient settings, provide medication information, clarify prescription abnormalities with physicians, and manage medication stocks, including crash carts. Maintain quality and safety through continuous improvement, clinical audit support, and infection control practices. Participate in ongoing education, training, and completion of regulatory requirements, including licensure and mandatory training.
