Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide a distinctive client experience by engaging clients, conducting complex and standardized transactions, and uncovering needs.
  • •Educate clients on digital self-service solutions, including ATMs, online, and mobile banking.
  • •Support the team sales process through outbound calls, checking for client offers, and fulfilling referrals based on client needs or opportunities.
  • •Contribute to Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) by delivering Truist expertise and solutions aligned to client needs.
  • •Follow internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies; support new account openings and problem resolution.

Key Requirements
