Job Summary

Develop customer relationships and drive sales growth by promoting deposits, loans, and fee-based services for retail consumers and small businesses. Use a consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to identify needs, set appointments via CAMP and approved marketing tools, and cross-sell within an existing customer base. Partner with internal business teams (Mortgage, Small Business, Commercial, Investment), support CSRs on sales/referrals, and meet production and customer experience goals.

Key Responsibilities

•Complete a 4-8 week onboarding and education program with rotations in Operations and Sales & Service, followed by certification to perform the Retail Personal Banker II role.
•Use the consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to build customer profiles and identify current and future financial needs.
•Maintain knowledge of retail consumer and small business products and recommend appropriate solutions using the value proposition.
•Proactively reach out to customers using CAMP and approved marketing tools to set appointments for periodic financial reviews.
•Cross-sell to existing customers and conduct outside sales activities, while partnering with business partners (Mortgage, Small Business, Commercial and Investment) for referrals and holistic solutions.

Travel: Medium travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 43,680 - 69,900 annually

Key Requirements

•College degree or work experience providing transferrable skills (or a combination of education and experience).
•Experience in the financial industry is preferred.
•Demonstrated ability to develop comfort with sales activities to acquire new customers and/or cross-sell to existing customers.
•Must demonstrate understanding of advanced math functions to analyze credit and financial information.
•This position requires S.A.F.E. Act registration at the time of employment through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS).
