Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead multi-site warehouse operations (plant and 3PL) to deliver consistent service, cost, and productivity outcomes.
  • •Ensure standardized operating models, processes, and systems are followed across all locations.
  • •Own and govern warehouse performance metrics (service, cost, safety, and quality), including operating reviews, root-cause analysis, and action planning.
  • •Own regional warehouse operating budget across plant and 3PL spend, leading monthly plan-vs-actual variance analysis and forecasting.
  • •Lead continuous improvement and network optimization initiatives, standardizing best practices across plant and 3PL networks.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or related field.
  • •10+ years of progressive experience in warehouse operations or logistics.
  • •Experience managing multi-site operations, including 3PL environments.
  • •Demonstrated financial acumen, including budget ownership and cost management.
  • •Proven leadership experience in a matrixed, geographically dispersed organization.
