Key Responsibilities

  • •Embed resource management best practice across the business unit, balancing workforce demand and capacity.
  • •Drive effective resource allocation by monitoring workload, utilisation, and resource demand for optimal talent deployment.
  • •Support short, medium, and long-term workforce planning, including capability and succession planning insights.
  • •Build trusted relationships with Project Managers, Directors, Operations, HR, Recruitment, Finance, and Learning & Development to influence resourcing decisions.
  • •Support resource planning for bids, proposals, and mobilisations of major projects and programmes.

Key Requirements

  • •Significant experience in resource management, workforce planning, or project resourcing.
  • •Experience partnering with managers and senior stakeholders to solve complex business challenges.
  • •Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • •Ability to interpret workforce data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • •Outstanding relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
