Join the credit team and accelerate your career through an 8–12 month Credit Trainee program. Key Responsibilities

•Participate in an 8–12 month credit trainee program supporting the operation of the business.
•Gain on-the-job exposure across the business, including time in the warehouse and on the sales counter, plus riding with delivery drivers and shadowing operations.
•Visit customers and participate in meetings while learning the technical aspects of extending trade credit.
•Develop core competencies including systems and processes, sales process understanding, collections management, and credit management.
•Learn customer relations/visitation and key credit topics such as Secondary Security, Uniform Commercial Code, and financial statement basics.

Key Requirements

•Ability to build relationships using emotional intelligence and people skills.
•Willingness to learn and work as part of a team.
