Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the I&MI Specialist Solutions Engineering team in APJC, aligning Cisco architectures with customer needs to drive optimal customer outcomes.
  • •Direct a team of managers across multiple regions (including managers who manage solutions engineers).
  • •Unify technical sales strategy with account planning, streamline processes, and improve the sales cycle.
  • •Manage high-stakes technical customer engagements and build partnerships on complex, large-scale solutions.

Key Requirements
