Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate batch and automated powder coat paint systems to apply chemical washes and powder coating finishes per work orders and quality requirements.
  • •Prepare products for painting by loading parts to the paint line and masking/plugging non-painted sections according to instructions, blueprints, or specifications.
  • •Monitor and maintain powder and chemical levels for batch and automated paint systems.
  • •Clean and maintain the EV room and painting equipment (paint guns, venturis, hoses, tips) daily and during color changeovers.
  • •Complete work transactions and close work orders in the production system using computers or tablets, and perform routine inspections for quality concerns.

  • •High school diploma, GED, or demonstrated ability to read, write, and perform math at a high school level.
  • •Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 70 pounds.
