Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the primary point of contact for all custody-related client queries.
  • •Own, manage, and resolve all client queries, including identifying and managing root causes for service delivery issues.
  • •Initiate frequent proactive communication with investment manager daily contacts to verify satisfaction and support proactive service.
  • •Maintain and monitor client data and standing instructions, including monitoring and resolving cash and stock exceptions.
  • •Ensure compliance with NT risk policies and best-practice documents, including resolving ASL situations and coordinating sub-account openings as directed.
