Key Responsibilities

•Process and manage Travel & Expense (T&E) claims, ensuring timely reimbursements and accurate expense entries in the accounting system.
•Oversee Accounts Payable lifecycle from invoice receipt and coding to PO matching, approvals, and payments via bank transfers and cheques.
•Perform day-to-day accounting tasks including journal entries, bank reconciliations, and balance sheet account reconciliations.
•Develop and maintain Excel-based dashboards and financial models; create Excel Macros (VBA) to automate accounting workflows.
•Support month-end close, MIS reporting, and audit schedules with strong attention to internal controls and compliance.

Key Requirements

•Strong command of data analysis in accounting contexts and advanced Excel skills, including Macro development, to drive process efficiency and reporting accuracy.
•Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Tally Prime, or Microsoft Dynamics) is preferred.
•B. Com / M. Com or a closely related field (foreign equivalent).
•Proven ability to review, verify and process T&E and AP transactions with attention to compliance and accuracy.
