Support Driver Partners during onboarding by verifying required documents and ensuring all onboarding steps are completed accurately and efficiently. Handle walk-in enquiries, respond to driver support tickets via Zoho, WhatsApp, and other channels, and manage onboarding/offboarding administrative updates such as bank and wallet refunds. Provide backup call support during peak periods, maintain compliant records, and help improve operational processes with the Driver Operations team.

•Verify Driver Partner documents and ensure onboarding requirements are completed accurately per company guidelines.
•Support Driver Partners with walk-in enquiries and guide them through onboarding.
•Respond promptly to Driver Partner enquiries via Zoho tickets, WhatsApp, and other support channels.
•Handle onboarding and offboarding administrative processes, including bank account updates and wallet balance refunds.
•Provide backup support for inbound and outbound call operations during peak periods or when required.

Key Requirements

•Diploma in Business, Operations, Customer Service or a related discipline; fresh graduates are welcome.
•Strong customer service mindset with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•Comfortable interacting with people from diverse backgrounds in face-to-face and virtual settings.
•Highly organised with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
•Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook.
